Chris Andrews

Born and raised in Orange County, I've lived in California my whole life, other than a stint in Tokyo — a place I consider my second home, and the city I measure everywhere else against. Croatia is also home, legally speaking. I'm still figuring that out.

I've spent over a decade building design teams, whether the work is product, brand, campaigns, or print. Today, I lead design recruiting at Notion. Before that, three years at Stripe, where I built the design and brand hiring practice as the team more than doubled.

In real life, I enjoy death metal, time with family, and travel.
